Composition

This product is colorless or light yellow viscous liquid, which is performed polymer ended capping by isocyanate. Part C is catalyst。We can regulate the curing rate of wares by   increasing or decreasing the part C to meet the requirements of different clients’ technology.

Application

It applies to permeability plastic track and compound plastic track.

Characteristics

The molding technology is simple, which suits to ordinary temperature (eg. site operation)  curing technology. This product has good cohesive force with rubber granules, The plastic tracks and courts produced by this products have high elasticity ,air permeability and other excellent physical mechanical properties. It also has environmental protection, non-toxicity, no stimulating odor and other excellent properties to protect the adults’ healthy. Make different colors wares by adding different pigments according to requirements, which can meet the IAAF standard.

Packing & Storage

200kg galvanization iron  drum..

Store in cool, dry and ventilation place. Avoid of direct sunlight. Keep away from  heat source and water source.

This product easily absorbs moisture and goes bad. Try to use it up as quickly as possible after opening it .If you can’t use it at a time, filling nitrogen gas and sealing it.
